Retiree Optical Plan

Please be advised the MTA Board approved a change in the vision administrator for retiree members of ATU Local 1056. EyeMed will administer the vision benefits beginning January 1, 2020.They have replaced CPS Optical. Please note the in-network and out of network cost chart guide. Your In-Network local providers should have been provided on the EyeMed welcome letter with your plan card. If you are not sure who your local in-network provider is, call the customer service number for assistance.
